1. Tour Cancellations

We understand that plans change. Our tour cancellation policy is as follows:

  • 7+ days before: Full refund
  • 3–6 days before: 75% refund
  • 48 hours – 2 days before: 50% refund
  • Less than 48 hours: No refund (rescheduling may be possible)

2. Event Ticket Refunds

Ticket refund policies vary by event. General guidelines:

  • Event cancellation by organizer: Full refund within 14 business days
  • Customer cancellation 14+ days before: Full refund minus processing fee
  • Customer cancellation 7–13 days before: 50% refund
  • Customer cancellation less than 7 days: No refund

3. Event Organizing Services

For custom event organizing services, cancellation terms are outlined in the individual service agreement. Deposits are generally non-refundable once planning has commenced.

4. Venue Bookings

Venue booking cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are refundable up to 30 days before the event date. Within 30 days, deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled date subject to availability.

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

7. Force Majeure

In the event of cancellation due to force majeure, we will offer a full refund or credit for a future experience of equal value.
